Superb price, met the criteria. Big size apartment close to a quiet area close to a lake, all the important sights and temples and Dambulla and Aukana Buddha. Respectful and sincere staff and host. Well furnished room complete with a comfortable bed, a great shower and seating in the garden, free use of wake up calls and ironing. Marvellous setting to Water Front.

the apartment has pleasant so close to the city center, a quiet residential area within easy reach of new anuradhapura, including the night market and sri lanka. staff is respectful and well experienced. the terrace is top, has garden views.

My family and I stayed in a spacious and well-equipped room, enjoyed the lovely garden seating.

The location was favourable with views over garden. The host showed us the property. The packed breakfast had lots of items.

It was pleasant and great by a safari in Mineriya. It had wheelchair accessible policy, as described. Employees were sincere all the time:)))

We appreciated his honesty about ongoing construction and renovations, but we still chose to stay because of his genuine hospitality. the meals provided were varied and excellent, with the option of a packed breakfast if needed. the excursions arranged by our host, particularly the visit to Ritigala, were interesting and good value. the town centre was easily accessible by a pleasant stroll along the lakeside.

The tour guide organized by the homestay was a bit sketchy and pushy.

the family who runs the place were incredibly friendly and helpful. the owner, in particular, went above and beyond to make our stay special. He organized a tour for us to see wild elephants in a local national park and even drove us to our next destination in Kandy. His knowledge of the area and willingness to share information made us feel well taken care of. the homestay itself was in a great location, quiet and near a beautiful lake. the highlight, however, was definitely the delicious meals they prepared for us. I can't recommend this homestay enough. It truly exceeded all our expectations!
